  • Class sizes are intentionally kept small so every participant receives meaningful coaching and individual attention.

  • Yes. Our teen boxing classes are designed for all experience levels, including complete beginners. Every participant learns at their own pace, with individualized coaching and ongoing feedback to help them build confidence and develop proper technique from day one.

  • Every new participant is fitted for the appropriate glove size (10 oz or 12 oz) to ensure the best fit. Their custom TRIBE boxing gloves are included with registration and are theirs to keep.

  • Our coaches work with teens of all experience levels. Whether your teen is brand new to boxing or has previous training, every participant receives individual coaching and progresses at a pace that's appropriate for their skill level.

  • We do not have uniforms. Children are welcome to wear athletic clothing of their choice and any pair of clean indoor running shoes they are comfortable to train in.

  • No. Teen classes are coach-led, allowing participants to focus, build independence, and develop confidence in a structured training environment. Parents are welcome to speak with a coach before or after class at any time.

  • Yes. As a courtesy, we offer one make-up class per 5-week billing cycle with at least 24 hours' notice by email. Make-up classes are scheduled on the one alternate class day available within the current billing cycle. If that make-up date cannot be attended or is missed for any reason, the class is considered forgone, as our programs are structured as weekly memberships rather than drop-in classes.

  • No. Our teen boxing program is entirely non-contact. Participants never throw punches at each other. Instead, all boxing skills are developed through heavy bag training and coach-led pad work, allowing teens to build technique, confidence, and fitness in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Our teen boxing program is designed for participants ages 12–17. Classes are structured to provide age-appropriate coaching in a supportive, non-contact environment.

  • Yes. We offer a paid introductory trial class so teens can experience our coaching, meet our instructors, and see if TRIBE is the right fit before joining. Trial classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
